The Odyssey Cargo Short in our ATC (All Terrain Cloth) is a best in class, cargo style, field short, which feature 4-way stretch, submersible, quick dry, and a DWR finish. Designed for explorers, made in the USA, built for remote, mysterious and dangerous places. If you appreciate outdoor apparel made with carefully considered functional features, a man of details, and require designs that are as versatile and capable as you are, these are the fully loaded shorts you'll go back to season after season. These are a feature rich, dedicated utility cargo short for warm-hot weather use in the field. These cargo shorts have their DNA born from the first styles of combat utility pants made for British, and American Paratroopers from WWII. The Odyssey Cargo Short-ATC is built in our home state of California. Each feature and detail serves a purpose. Our industrial grade construction methods use heavy duty nylon thread, triple needle stitching on major seams, and more bar-tacks to reinforce stress points than probably any other short being made today. Many of these details aren’t obvious without us calling them out, but you’ll know they’re there when these shorts hold up and do their job. Design highlights include true bellows cargo pockets, our signature 3-point cargo flap closure system, no-twist custom D-rings, no-loss parasmock style slotted buttons, new "horseshoe" gusset panel, diamond double seat, dedicated knife-multi-tool pockets, work wear style hand pockets which are accessible when using a pack waist or utility to first line belt, and all this in an understated and purpose driven styling.
